Transportable House Plans

Fantail / Tawa

The Fantail is our most compact and economical design, making it perfect for a single living or a granny flat with a spare room that could be used as a hobby or crafts room. This home features a sheltered verandah giving it a modern look. Regardless of its compact 55m² scope, it still has a decent sized bathroom and kitchen with a laundry that’s cleverly hidden away to save on space.

Pukeko / Mallard

The Pukeko is perfect for a farm house or a small rental. It has two similar sized double bedrooms to accommodate two couples for same priced rent. Large spacious kitchen and breakfast bar. Easy access separate laundry and extra storage cupboards would make this a comfortable long-term home.

Kea / Whiteheron

The Kea is designed for first home buyers or a small family home. Similar to the Fantail, the Kea is compact in size but has a more spacious master bedroom. Each bedroom has built in wardrobes and there are clever storage spaces in the main living areas. Great indoor-outdoor flow with large bifolding doors onto the patio.

Titoki / Kakapo

The Titoki is ideal as a family home or farm house. The Titoki has a modern exterior made of board and batten with weatherboard contrasts. A large soffit over the living areas protect them elements. The soffit lessens over the bedrooms to allows ample light to the bedrooms. The living room allows direct access to the deck through sliding doors. This makes the Titoki feel very spacious and provides great outdoor flow.

Smart House Plans

The Mahoe is designed for families with an open-plan kitchen, living and dining room. A study is tucked into the living, creating the perfect space for kids’ homework or those late-night work projects. The Mahoe has a single internal garage and laundry with the option of extending into a double garage.
